Sunday 1/13/2020 Traci Kenworth Homemade Pizza Dough adapted from honestandtruly.com Want a quick easy pizza dough recipe? Look no further! 1 ¼ c. water 2 T. olive oil 1 t. salt 2 t. yeast 3 ½ c. gluten-free flour Add warm water to yeast. Wait five minutes. If yeast turns foamy, continue if not toss and start over. Add olive oil, salt, and flour. Use mixer to pull together. If too sticky, add one tablespoon additional flour until ready. Knead seven minutes by hand. Dough should spring back when touched. Cover with damp towel and let sit in a warm place 30-60 mins. After rising, divide into two equal parts. Use immediately or store in container for up to 3 days. Can freeze up to a month. Defrost in fridge a day then warm up from fridge before stretching into pizza. Add toppings. Bake at 450 degrees F for 10-12 mins, depending on depth of toppings.
